  • Be Alert: When you are in a public place, especially a crowded one, being observant is important to stay safe. Be aware of your surroundings and how others are acting. Stay away from those who are out of control and might cause harm. If you see someone who has obviously had too much to drink, stop them from driving. If necessary, ask a police officer to intervene.
  • Stick Together: When going out with friends, watching out for each other is an easy way to keep the evening fun and safe. Agree before going out go always stay in groups of at least two.
